Job Description

  • You support the buyers in the men's department with administrative processes and act as the interface to internal and external contacts
  • You enter orders, check order entries, and verify order confirmations
  • You monitor compliance with delivery dates and are in direct communication with our suppliers
  • You send out weekly reorders
  • Processing returns and complaints is also part of your responsibilities
  • You take care of extra orders, sample goods, and the corresponding item lists
  • You maintain article master data to ensure smooth sales (online and offline)
  • You are the central point of contact within our purchasing team for inquiries from the logistics center
Qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable background
  • Ideally, you have some professional experience in the retail or service industry
  • Proficient in MS Office is an advantage
  • You have good English skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as teamwork and solutionoriented work complete your profile
