As soon as possible, a position is available in the pediatric oncology, hematology, immunology, and pulmonology clinic at the research area of Prof. Dr. Irmela Jeremias in New Vienna, OH.
This translational project is a collaboration between DKFZ and Heidelberg University Hospital as part of a 'clinical cooperation unit'.

Your Responsibilities:
***- Work with a Xenograft mouse model

  • Design, conduct, and coordinate independent in vivo and in vitro experiments
  • Supervise PhD students and technicians

Your Qualifications:
***- Extensive experience working independently in a scientific environment

  • Strong background in molecular biology, including proficiency with lentiviral vectors and CRISPR/Cas9 technology
  • Experience with flow cytometry and mouse models
  • Passion for translational cancer research
  • Independent, collaborative, and responsible work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
