The Defense Systems Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Management Support Specialist to work in our Huntsville, Alabama office. Primary Responsibilities:
The Program Management Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting program integration activities across a variety of portfolio projects and programs.
The candidate will provide broad program support including, but not limited to the following:
* Support contract and financial analysis to program and project managers by
supporting responses to task order proposals;
* Support materials purchases and tracking;
* Support the program financial analyst to monitor and analyze actual costs
(both labor and non-labor) and comparing to the program budget;
* Work with program financial analyst to develop and report financial metrics;
* Support the build up of monthly status reports
Duties will also include coordinating work with Corporate Contracts, Subcontracts, Pricing, and Accounting to ensure projects are setup and managed according to appropriate processes. The candidate will support proposals, project setup, execution, and closing.
Frequent interaction with the customer through in-process reviews and customer visits is also required. The ideal candidate must be a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and ideally some leadership experience
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
Current active DoD secret clearance is required.
Must be a US Citizen
Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with using Microsoft Excel, Project and Powerpoint.
Active Top Secret Clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $68, $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
