Job Summary:
- Help the client with programmatic duties such as meeting support, presentation assistance, publication support, correspondence, action item tracking, and weekly reporting.
- Lead PMS 525 Finance & Case Management PAPM initiatives, overseeing an international engagement team.
- Collaborate with USN and foreign partners to refine requirements and develop resource estimates under budget constraints.
- Provide advisory services on Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure policy matters.
- Expedite Foreign Disclosure decisions through effective coordination between DoD Program Offices and NAVSEA FDO.
- Develop FMS cases for hybrid acquisitions and procurement of defense articles/services.
- Review and provide feedback on policy updates from NAVSEA 01C SSCO.
- Engage in real-time FMS acquisition strategy development with Embassy partners.
- Maintain FMS schedules to ensure timely delivery of articles/services.
- Use DOD acquisition systems for case development and execution.
- Assist in Task Planning Sheets development, cost model support, and financial spend plans.
- Develop correspondence for foreign Purchasers.
- Support Navy and national disclosure policy regarding export of U.S. articles and services to foreign Allies.
- Coordinate CACI contract deliverables including reports, reviews, and training events.
- Opportunity for customer-focused travel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of Navy acquisition program experience.
- Minimum 5 years of DoD international programs experience.
- Experience with DSAMS, SAMM guidance, financial management, and program coordination.
- Strong writing and multitasking skills.
- Active DoD Secret+ Clearance preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior support experience in Navy, NAVSEA, or PEO IWS programs.
- Basic technical understanding of AEGIS Combat System architecture.
- NEPS proficiency and knowledge of EUCOM AoR.
Percentage of Travel Required:
Up to 10%
