- Enforce safety and installation standards.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the construction of remodeling projects for Roofing, Siding, Windows, Carpentry.
- Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements.
- Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
- Assist in planning work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Assist in ordering and scheduling material deliveries for remodeling projects.
- Demonstrate work and safety procedures to new employees.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
- Be the front-line of the production department, meet with customers, close-out projects, collect final payments.
- Perform warranty repairs, minor repairs, punch list items.
- Inspect work in process and completed work.
- Walk customers through change orders and final walk thru.
- Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiencies.
- Must have 5 years prior construction experience in exterior (Roofing, Siding, Window) trades
