We are seeking a Transportation Compliance Coordinator to join our team The role of the Transportation Compliance Coordinator is to assist the Transportation and Compliance Team in assuring and communicating proper DOT, regulatory, and Company Safety programs. This is a full-time position, working Monday thru Friday in Onalaska, Wisconsin. **COMPANY OVERVIEW**

    **POSITION SUMMARY**

    Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Approving and coding payroll for drivers

    Supporting the transportation of Company equipment, goods, and services

    Invoicing and permitting

    Vehicle registration, vehicle titling, DOT compliance functions

    Assisting with the management of company vehicles

    Providing specific driving information for job bids

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    A degree in business management or logistics and/or equivalent related experience

    Ability to problem-solve

    Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

    Must have a strong work ethic

    Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in writing

    Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
