For our department Refugee Accommodation, we are looking for a
Accommodation Coordinator (m/f/d) for Transitional Housing at our Munich location, starting as soon as possible.


The department Refugee Accommodation is responsible, among other things, for the accommodation and care of beneficiaries under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG).

The Government of Oberbayern currently operates a total of 80 communal accommodations for asylum seekers, as well as twelve transitional housing facilities for late resettlers, Jewish emigrants and quota refugees in the Oberbayern administrative district.


Your main tasks:

  • Regularly visiting various transitional housing facilities
  • Acting as a point of contact for onsite administrative staff and residents
  • Monitoring compliance with and enforcement of the house rules of the transitional housing facilities
  • Organizing and accompanying appointments at the transitional housing facilities
  • Acting as a liaison between the transitional housing facilities and the departments for followup accommodation, budget/procurement, and real estate
  • Collaboration (by phone and in writing) with authorities, support
