SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Soldering Technician for a large, well-known client in Spring Grove, IL.

As a Soldering Technician, you will be an essential part of our client's core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced and assembled properly.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16.73/HR)

Shifts available are 1ST shift (6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities of the Soldering Technician:

Solder wires to components according to the wire/cable gauge
Follow diagrams/print/drawings
Take measurements of strip length of the wire/cable
Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times.
Meet specific customer requirements

Required Qualifications of the Soldering Technician:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Previous assembly, production, machine operator, or injection molding experience a plus.
High attention to detail and safety/compliance
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to see and differentiate colors
Able to see small objects and be detail oriented
