    • Cross-check and edit the modules to ensure that content is comprehensive, synergistic, and non-contradictory, and adequately addresses the objectives of the competency curriculum.
    • Provide additions and edits where necessary to ensure that all modules adequately address the unique impacts and considerations of TFGBV against women in politics and public life.
    • Create lists of existing external resources and tools for each module that participants could use to further explore each topic.
    • Standardize the curriculum into a polished draft ready for professional design.
    • Conduct a trial workshop delivering the content of the training materials for the Transform team and incorporate feedback and recommendations into the final product.
    Deliverables
    • Deliverable 1: List of module by module and overall curriculum needs and gaps to be addressed throughout the consultancy (end of week 1).
    • Deliverable 2: Drafts of revisions to each of the twelve (12) modules addressing the gaps, additions, and corrections needed (end of week 5).
    • Deliverable 3: A trial workshop to collect final feedback and recommendations for revision (week 6).
    • Deliverable 4: Final drafts of revised modules, responding to feedback and comments given by the Transform team and other implementing partners (week 8).
    • Note: (weekly target timelines are tentative and are to be adjusted).
