Head (m/f/d) of Central Practice Instruction
as a maternity leave and parental leave replacement, initially limited until May 18, 2024:


Your responsibilities:


  • Together with a qualified team of central practice instructors, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes for the legally required practice instruction of our internal and external trainees and students in the field of nursing.
  • Team leadership tasks
  • Deployment planning for internal and external trainees and nursing students
  • Ensuring optimal use of personnel resources
  • Development and implementation of new instruction concepts
  • Integration of theory and practice
  • Interface to practice instructors on the wards and interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
  • Collaboration with external cooperation partners and networking
  • Personnel management and development

Your profile:


  • Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
  • Completed further training as a practice instructor (m/f/d)
  • Completed or ongoing further training for leading
