Description

  • CNC manufacturing of individual parts and small series
  • Setting up CNC milling machines
  • Programming CNC milling machines, as well as using CAM software (SolidCAM)
  • Selecting appropriate tools and clamping devices
  • Checking the manufactured parts with common measuring tools and documenting the results
Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a miller (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in 5axis CNC milling desirable
  • Good skills in CNC programming, preferably on Siemens control (SINUMERIK 840D sl)
  • Experience in CAM programming (preferably SolidCAM) desirable
  • Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
  • Teamwork, strong customer orientation and dedicated work ethic
  • High quality awareness
