    Marketing Project Coordinator:
    As our Marketing Project Coordinator, your role transcends basic schedule management.

    You're at the heart of our marketing project lifecycle, driving projects from inception to triumphant completion, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every stage.


    Here's a glimpse of your journey with us:

    • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
    • Fine tune copy, set and track deadlines, engage stakeholders, and oversee critical project elements.
    Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output

    • Execute meticulous quality checks, upholding our brand and writing standards, to deliver flawless project outcomes.
    • Deeply understand our company ethos, products, and customers to craft compelling marketing campaigns.
    • Guarantee that all marketing materials resonate with our global strategy and brand identity.
    • Manage comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, keeping every detail in check.
    Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

    • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
    Your goal? To lead projects to their successful conclusionon time, within budget, and exceeding quality benchmarks.

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Three or more years of experience in project coordination
    • Experience in coordinating teams and clients
    • Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of managementStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Background in project management, from start to finish.
    • Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance controls.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and other project management tools (e.
    g., Clickup, Basecamp, Trello).PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
