    Responsibilities

    Lead with Creativity and Vision:
    Spearhead the development of our collections, ensuring they resonate with our brand ethos while captivating our audience.

    Your unique vision will be the guiding light for our design philosophy, inspiring a team of talented individuals towards crafting beauty.


    Stay Current with Trends:
    A fashion-forward mindset is crucial. You'll have your finger on the pulse of the fashion world, identifying and integrating emerging trends into our collections. Your ability to anticipate and innovate will set us apart in the crowded fashion landscape.

    Collaborate and Communicate:
    Work closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling narratives for each collection. Your leadership will ensure seamless execution from concept to runway to retail.

    Nurture Talent:
    As a mentor to your team, you'll foster an environment of creativity, learning, and professional growth. Identifying and cultivating emerging talent within your team will be key to our collective success.

    Strategic Oversight:
    Beyond the sketchpad, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our design department. Your insights will inform key decisions on brand development, product lines, and market expansion.
