    Ennoble First is actively looking for a seasoned Enterprise Data Modeler to work with us on a potential long term Federal project in Arlington, VA
    Remote work is available

    Primary Responsibilities:
    The Data Modeler will be responsible for visualizing and defining the organization's data management framework, enabling the creation of models/blueprints for data management systems
    Accountable for assessing data sources (internal and external) and developing a plan to integrate, centralize, protect, and maintain data.


    • Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability.
    • Apply sampling techniques to effectively determine and define ideal categories to be questioned.
    • Compare and analyze provided statistical information to identify patterns, relationships and problems.
    • Define and utilize statistical methods to solve industry-specific problems in varying fields, such as economics and engineering.
    • Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data.
    • Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected.
    • Design computer code using various languages to improve and update software and applications.
    • Refer to previous instances and findings to determine the ideal method forgathering data.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Education Experience


    • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Experience with Erwin or ER Studio
    • Working knowledge of MISMO
    • Data governance experience
    • XML programming experience
    • Experience developing data modeling standards and processes
    • 8-10 years Preferred Qualifications
    • Oracle database experience
