    Deine Aufgaben:

    Bearbeitung von Supportaufträgen unserer Kunden im 2nd Level

    Selbständige Remote-Administration von Kundensystemen mit hoher Eigenverantwortung zur Fehleranalyse und -behebung

    Konzeption und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

    Durchführung von System-Updates in Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden (für diverse Technologien sowie u.a. unsere eigene Krankenhaus-Informationssystem Orbis)

    Konzeption und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

    Durchführung von Kundenschulungen (online)

    Dein Profil:
    Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium. Darüber hinaus hast du ebenfalls fundierte Kenntnisse in einigen der folgenden Bereiche (oder die Motivation sich entsprechend einzuarbeiten): Unix, Windows, Oracle, Veritas Netbackup, Veeam, VMware, Storagesysteme, Clustertechnologien. Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Kunden zeichnen dich aus. Du agierst stets kunden- und service-orientiert. Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbständig und zielgerichtet. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Belastbarkeit zählst du zu deinen Stärken. Du bist bereit zur Übernahme von gelegentlichen Rufbereitschaftsdiensten in einer 24x7-Hotline. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
