Job Summary & Responsibilities

Build collaborative relationships with Senior Leaders and HR team and provide consultative advice on compensation strategy and policy interpretation.
Research and analyze global market data and trends to create competitive programs for talent attraction and retention.
Evaluate and classify positions based on job responsibilities, required skills, and market data accuracy.
Design and administer incentive programs to drive performance and reward top performers, monitoring effectiveness for enhancements.
Support equity compensation plan design and manage annual equity budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
Analyze compensation data, generate reports, and present findings to senior leadership, driving program enhancements and operational excellence.
Leverage Workday compensation module and partner with the systems manager provide insight to optimize and configuration for selected modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required in related field including Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, including salary structures, incentive programs, and equity compensation plans.
Proven experience in conducting market analysis and utilizing market data to inform compensation decisions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leadership and effectively communicate compensation strategies and recommendations.
