    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    • Build collaborative relationships with Senior Leaders and HR team and provide consultative advice on compensation strategy and policy interpretation.
    • Research and analyze global market data and trends to create competitive programs for talent attraction and retention.
    • Evaluate and classify positions based on job responsibilities, required skills, and market data accuracy.
    • Design and administer incentive programs to drive performance and reward top performers, monitoring effectiveness for enhancements.
    • Support equity compensation plan design and manage annual equity budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Analyze compensation data, generate reports, and present findings to senior leadership, driving program enhancements and operational excellence.
    • Leverage Workday compensation module and partner with the systems manager provide insight to optimize and configuration for selected modules.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree required in related field including Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, including salary structures, incentive programs, and equity compensation plans.
    • Proven experience in conducting market analysis and utilizing market data to inform compensation decisions.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leadership and effectively communicate compensation strategies and recommendations.
