Position:
Compensation and Benefits Manager

A reputable publicly traded company with operations in North America

Location:
Amesbury MA, Selma TX or Roanoke, VA


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, manage, and align comprehensive compensation and benefits programs with the company's strategic goals, ensuring adherence to US and Mexico regulations.
  • Handle 401(k) plan administration, including vendor oversight, employee education, and annual audit coordination.
  • Supervise leave of absence and ADA accommodation processes with empathy and compliance in mind.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors and advisors to maintain high-quality services and regulatory compliance for benefits and retirement plans.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess program efficacy and propose improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree with over 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, focusing on 401(k) plans and audit procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead and nurture a small team, dedicated to mentorship and professional advancement.
  • In-depth understanding of US, Canadian, and Mexican labor laws, benefits regulations, and retirement plan stipulations.
  • Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferable.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data discretely.
