Position:
Compensation and Benefits Manager

A reputable publicly traded company with operations in North America

Location:
Amesbury MA, Selma TX or Roanoke, VA

Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and align comprehensive compensation and benefits programs with the company's strategic goals, ensuring adherence to US and Mexico regulations.
Handle 401(k) plan administration, including vendor oversight, employee education, and annual audit coordination.
Supervise leave of absence and ADA accommodation processes with empathy and compliance in mind.
Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors and advisors to maintain high-quality services and regulatory compliance for benefits and retirement plans.
Use data-driven insights to assess program efficacy and propose improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Masters Degree with over 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, focusing on 401(k) plans and audit procedures.
Proven ability to lead and nurture a small team, dedicated to mentorship and professional advancement.
In-depth understanding of US, Canadian, and Mexican labor laws, benefits regulations, and retirement plan stipulations.
Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferable.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data discretely.
