What to expect:

You will support and assist employable individuals whose professional potential lies on the border of the requirements of the general job market, who have doubts about their own performance and lack career direction. You will work in a team consisting of educational professionals, a psychologist, and a second job coach.

As a job coach, your tasks will include:

Managing cases in the program (including being the contact person for participants and the funding agency, documenting appointments and conversations, planning and coordinating individual support plans, and timely preparation of participation reports)
