What to expect:

New projects are on the horizon and new clients are knocking on our door.

That's why we are looking for a new addition to our UX team with you as an experienced UX concepter / UX researcher (m/f/d).


These tasks await you:


  • You develop concepts with an intuitive user experience, always keeping in mind the user perspective, the client's vision, technical circumstances, and brand and product strategy
  • You dive deep into the client's vision and resulting requirements and translate them into innovative digital services and userfriendly information architectures, and can explain your ideas and approaches in a clear and convincing manner
  • Whenever possible, you work with data to find the best possible solution
  • You transfer your ideas and concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and work closely with adjacent disciplines in agile project teams
  • To evaluate your concepts or existing solutions, you conduct user tests in our fully equipped UX lab and advise clients based on the results on the usability of their digital services
  • In addition, you develop strategies and methods for UX research and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues

What you bring to the table:

  • You have several years of experience as a concepter / UX designer (in digital agencies)
  • You are proficient in prototyping and collaboration tools and have experience with agile and usercentered methods
  • You feel comfortable leading workshops
  • You are able to make results from user tests easily accessible and understandable for
