Responsibilities:

Individual consultation of corporate clients regarding suitable channels for employee recruitment
Active sales and representation of all products of mgo Joblokal GmbH
Acquisition of new customers together with the inside sales team
Recording and maintenance of customerrelevant data (CRM system)
Central contact person for existing customers and building longterm partnerships
Independent and regular acquisition of relevant industry and specialist knowledge in the field of recruiting and employer branding, as well as further development of our product range through continuous market observation and close coordination with marketing and product management
Regular market reports within the framework defined with the supervisor

Skills and knowledge:

Completed studies or comparable commercial training
Experience in sales of complex products and services
Excellent communication skills at different hierarchical levels, as well as a confident appearance and a high level of persuasiveness
Independent, resultsoriented, structured
