As a member of our team, you will report to the Senior Director of Ventures & Incubation.

Your role will be crucial in identifying new growth opportunities, maximizing the value of our existing portfolio companies, and driving the execution of selected growth programs.


Job Description:

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our current portfolio companies to drive growth by creating and implementing value creation plans
  • Identify relevant growth opportunities in the market that align with AVIV's corporate strategy and develop plans to achieve them through a buy/build/partner approach
  • Work with the Ventures and Incubation team to conduct market analysis and identify future innovation drivers to inform our investment strategy
  • Develop financial models to assess the potential of new opportunities
  • Provide project management support to ensure effective tracking and reporting of portfolio initiatives
  • Assist in managing AVIV's portfolio of minority investments
  • Promote our AVIV values and drive cultural initiatives

Qualifications:

Who We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in M&A, preferably in investment banking, venture capital
