Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting ongoing creditors accounting (verification, allocation, posting, filing of ER) including open item reconciliation
  • Independently taking on annual closing packages/audits (open items, preparation of documents for auditors, etc.)
  • Maintenance and management of master data for trading partners
  • Participation in improvement projects in accounting
  • Preparation and control of payment runs
  • Processing of credit card statements (expense reports/travel expenses)
  • In representation (or rotating): Invoicing of other services (recharges) as well as conducting reports and statistics (VAT, UM, etc.)

You bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HLW or similar)
  • Minimum of 5 years
