    We employ over 120 people, of which 55 are graduate engineers with 12 of those registered Engineer Interns and 37 registered Professional Engineers.

    ResponsibilitiesIn this position, the ideal candidate performs mechanical design and engineering, equipment selection, plumbing plan layout, specification writing, cost estimating, coordination with other consultants and team members, and client interaction.

    This position involves working on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    Some local and state travel will be required to perform field investigations, coordinate design requirements, and to build client relations.


    We look for the following ideal qualifications:

    Minimum four year college degree from an accredited engineering programMinimum of 2-6 years of mechanical engineering experience within a consulting or design-build firmProfessional Licensed Mechanical Engineer is a plusSelf-motivated with the ability to develop approaches to projects independently, and perform detailed execution of electrical designCommunicates well verbally, in writing, and graphically, with other engineers, clients, and code authoritiesProject management skills with excellent problem-solving skillsStrong personal ambition and work ethicStrong working knowledge of various building, mechanical, plumbing, fire, energy conservation, and fuel gas codesStrong working knowledge of the NFPA and other industry related standardsStrong personal ambition to be a team player and provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced designer/engineersExperience with AutoCAD, Revit, Trace 700 and other design related softwareWhat We OfferExcellent benefits package, including a fully-paid health care plan, fully vested retirement plan, vison, dental, and cafeteria plan.
