- Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, considering low voltage systems requirements.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Estimate project costs, create budgets, and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to low voltage systems installation or operation and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Procurement: Coordinate with procurement teams to acquire necessary materials, equipment, and services for low voltage system installations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that low voltage systems meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success.
- Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of low voltage systems, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documents.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that low voltage system installations comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, such as NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders on low voltage systems and related technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- A base salary contingent with experience and value brought to the team, between $80k and $95K.
- Full benefits package including family insurance and a company vehicle.
