    Responsibilities

    Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Brooklyn, NY


    Duties:
    Business Analyst will provide assistance to senior-level employees or managers in their daily tasks, projects, and initiatives
    Conducting research, gathering data, and performing analysis to support decision-making processes or project requirements
    Compiling reports, creating presentations, and maintaining accurate documentation related to projects, meetings, or other assigned tasks
    As a Business Analyst, you will engage with clients, customers, or external stakeholders to address inquiries, provide information, or assist with resolving issues
    Assisting in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals
    Collaborating with cross-functional teams or departments to achieve shared objectives or tasks
    Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
    Entry-level or some prior experience in a similar role is required
    Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders is required
    Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines
    Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
    Willingness to learn, adapt to new situations, and take on different responsibilities as needed
    Proficiency in excel required
    1 year of SQL experience is preferred


    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

    We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.

    Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

    This range may be modified in the future.

    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

    Note:
    Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.

    The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

    This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.

    $50,000 - $60,000 per year
