CoreWeave is a leading innovator in high-performance computing cloud solutions, committed to enhancing the way developers build, deploy, and scale applications. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on Developer Experience to join our team. This crucial role is designed for individuals passionate about creating seamless, intuitive, and powerful tools and platforms that empower developers to achieve more with less friction.

As the Senior Product Manager for Developer Experience, you will be the advocate for developers within CoreWeave, understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations. Your mission will be to craft and execute a product strategy that delivers exceptional tools and services, facilitating a best-in-class development environment. Collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams, you will oversee the enhancement of existing developer tools and the creation of new offerings, ensuring they are both powerful and pleasurable to use.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for improving the developer experience, aligning with broader market needs and CoreWeave's strategic goals.
    • Developer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the developer community within CoreWeave, translating their feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and innovations.
    • Product Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of developer-centric tools and platforms, focusing on usability, performance, and integration capabilities.
    • Experience Optimization: Constantly evaluate and enhance the end-to-end developer journey on CoreWeave's platform, from onboarding to deployment and scaling of applications.
    • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, developer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave remains a preferred choice among the developer community.
    • Performance Metrics: Utilize metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of the developer experience, making data-driven decisions to continually refine and improve the product offering.

Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

    • A proven track record (5+ years) of product management experience, specifically with products targeting developers or in enhancing developer tools and platforms.
    • Deep empathy for developers and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, tools, and practices.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
    • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-informed decisions.
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a strong foundation in the principles of software development and cloud computing.
