Director, Campaigns and Partnerships
Job Summary:
The Associate, Campaigns and Partnerships plays a critical role in Heritage's mission advancing its priorities, developing effective partnerships, and serving the conservative movement.
The Associate supports the Campaigns and Partnerships team by planning and executing Heritage-led activities in the states to cultivate our partnerships while advancing our priorities.
As a Heritage and Outreach Department representative, the Associate must exhibit a customer-first mentality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
Assist the Campaigns and Partnerships Director in executing activities in the states, including:Researching, booking, and leading communication with external venues, catering, and AV for private events or in partnership with internal Heritage teams like Events.
Ordering, tracking, shipping, and setting-up materials for state focused events.Running on-site event execution, sometimes in partnership with the Events and Programming team.
Help to Grow, Build, and Serve the Conservative Movement
Maintain clean and accurate information and activity within CRM Platforms and other documents.
Effectively represent The Heritage Foundation and the Outreach department to external partners and in public venues to advance our vision and mission.
This includes travel and representing Heritage in the states and at events.Experience: 2-3 years administrative or project coordinating experience
Microsoft Suite; experience using CRM platforms preferred
Manage time well and keep projects on schedule; Capacity to travel and work nights and weekends for conferences, network events, and meetings (up to 30% as needed).
