Your Role

Organizing all tasks related to Transfer of Work (ToW) projects in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management field, with a focus on supporting department managers
Providing content support, managing employees, and ensuring consistent processes and transparency within ToW projects
Implementing projects according to all PAG project standards
Managing needs and capacities
Analyzing and addressing errors
Collecting and preparing key performance indicators
Regularly reporting project status to overall project management/steering board

Your Skills and Qualifications

Technician or completed degree, preferably in engineering or business administration, or equivalent qualifications acquired through other means
Strong industrial background in production, supply chain, and quality management
Project management experience
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages
Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
Assertiveness, communication skills, initiative, and independence
