YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Leading, training, coaching and motivating the store team
  • Planning and analyzing store performance indicators
  • Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures

  • Supporting and representing the store manager

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Completed vocational training, e.g. as a salesperson or retail merchant (m/f/d)
  • Previous leadership experience in retail preferred, e.g. as an Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager/Branch Manager
  • Career changers from other industries, e.g. gastronomy or hospitality, welcome
  • Team player, reliable and good communication skills
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and organizational skills
