Full-time (38.5 hours/week):

Job Description:

Structuring of nursing and care processes according to company guidelines
Maintaining and improving highquality nursing care
Ensuring proper nursing documentation
Efficient organization and respectful management of employees
Participation in planning and controlling of personnel deployment, employee selection, evaluation, and further training
Adherence to prescribed work processes and their further development in nursing, among others
Coordination of personnel and business processes
You work hand in hand with the nursing service manager and the facility manager and promote mutual exchange
