- Draft, review, and manage various commercial contracts, agreements, reports, and legal documents
- Edit and update existing contract templates with accurate customer information
- Collaborate with attorneys, management, sales teams, and customers to execute contracts
- Facilitate amendment creation and execution
- Assist with contract administration and general compliance
- Manage multiple legal projects and contracts with various timelines
- Negotiate Non Disclosure Agreements and other contract types (as needed) utilizing playbooks
- Conduct legal research and analyze a variety of issues
- Experience with contracts administration
- Minimum of Associate's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in legal administrative support
- Experience supporting an in-house legal department in the SaaS industry
- Experience supporting a Sales organization
- Paralegal Certification (ABA approved or NALA) preferred
- Detail oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills
- Proven effective written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment; must be able to multitask while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; able to develop working relationships with employees from all departments and all levels of management
- Minimal Travel
