- Establishes, organizes, and facilitates networks and coalitions at the local and area level to build community capacity.
- Consults with departments regarding well-being programs.
- Gathers data and participates in the analysis of employee well-being issues and trends.
- Answers questions regarding Adventure 2 eligibility, plan design, and other matters related to the well-being program.
- Communicate and interact with well-being vendors as well as health plan providers.
- Organizes and prepares materials for meetings, events, programs, workshops, and speaking engagements.
- Administers the ISU Wellbeing website. Updates key information and program details as needed and is involved in all aspects of well-being and Adventure 2 program communications.
- Maintains program data and outcomes for ISU Wellbeing reports and metrics.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Health Promotion, Community Health, Worksite Well-being, Learning & Development and/or related field
Experience coordinating employee well-being programs
Experience that demonstrates explaining well-being service to employees
Experience with facilitating or leading employee groups
Experience with Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Coaching certification
