    Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • Responsibility for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, overseeing its appearance, ensuring a top-notch customer experience, providing professional leadership, and giving guidance to all staff members.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Ensuring adherence to operational standards, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
    • Demonstrating expertise in the food and beverage menu and its preparation.
    • Enforcing safety and hygiene practices throughout the restaurant.
    • Completing all necessary SOPs and compliance procedures.
    • Exhibiting good judgment and making informed decisions.
    • Performing any other duties as required.

    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience: 6 months of restaurant management experience, including handling beer, wine, and liquor.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

    • Familiarity with State and Local Liquor Laws.
    • Preference for Front of House Restaurant Experience.
    • Skills in Team Building, Collaboration, and Time Management.
    • Ability to work well within a team.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

    • N/A

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Regular activities include walking, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs, among others.

    INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

    • Completing tasks under supervision, with occasional independent judgment needed to resolve issues and make recommendations to enhance work procedures.
