    **_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

    The Restaurant Lead manages daily operations of the entire restaurant, including restaurant appearance, presentation, customer experience, professional leadership and direction to all employees.

    **_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

    + Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.

    + Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.

    + Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire restaurant.

    + Completes all relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items).

    + Completes all relevant Sytems in Place.

    + Exercises good judgement and makes well-informed decisions

    + ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

    **_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**

    + Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Experience: 6 months restaurant management experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor

    **_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY_**

    + Awareness of State and Local Liquor Laws

    + Front of House Restaurant Experience Preferred

    + Team Building/Collaboration

    + Time Management

    + Team Player

    **_TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:_**

    **_PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:_**

    + Regular walking, standing, lifting up to 50lbs, etc.

    **_INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT_** :

    + Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
