- Work closely with the Sr. Director, HRBP to build and implement people strategies in line with the organizational objectives
- Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendation to the organization's strategic thinking and direction
- Drive organizational effectiveness by partnering with site and regional leaders to assess and address talent needs, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Deploy and drive change management and transformation efforts
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace
- Collaborate with Employee Relations and our Legal team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

- Translate and implement defined local site HR strategies into internationally/regionally/locally applicable action plans and ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements

- Manage and develop a team of HRBPs (HR Business Partners) located at the site

The ideal candidate will be playing a key role as a strategic HR leader who can drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management strategies to support the achievement of business objectives.
The HRBP Director is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and partnership with client groups, leading through influence, and developing HR strategies that move the business forward. Additionally, this position will lead a team of HR professionals to deliver effective talent programs, policies, and practices. Finally, the role will work collaboratively with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Country and Regional Leads to drive business results and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
