- 10+ years of experience in SAP Fashion, SAP Retail, and/or SAP CAR
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP fashion or retail implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S4 Hana implementations
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience managing teams including offshore teams
- You have experience leading or being part of the sales pursuit for SAP related work
- Excellent leadership and executive presentation skills
- Proven management and delivery skills
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
