    Description

    Our client is a leading private company with annual revenues exceeding $2 billion.

    As an Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise local and offshore staff in day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.

    Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.

    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.

    Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

    Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

    Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to maintain compliance and drive process improvements.

    Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.

    Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting experience is required.

    Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.

    Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel;

    Location: 100% in-office position based at headquarters in Dallas, TX
