- Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationships.
- Strong background in building material and wood
- Flexible to travel and overnight commute.
- Must hold a clear and valid driver's license.
- Sales Experience. 3-4 years Sales Experience in building materials or wood industry.
- Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills (Required).
- Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Exhibit thorough understanding of the business: Woodgrain capabilities and processes, products, customers, supply chain, local market trends and conditions, competitors, and market pricing.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process.
- Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Computer Experience using MS Office Products
- Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Base Salary plus Commission $$$
