    Overview:
    This position manages the business relationship between the major accounts, sales representatives and the company.
    Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):* Maintains and builds relationships with key decision makers
    • Reviews trends with buyers
    • Implements season profitability plans
    • Reviews weekly sales performance
    • Analyzes customer business opportunities
    • Conducts presentations and meetings with key customers
    • Recommends and implements marketing strategies
    • Participates in shoe shows
    • Coordinates merchandisingRequirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    • Minimum of 3 years related experience
    • Detail-oriented, assertive and able to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and time management skills essential

    Salary Range:
    The pay range of this position is $24/hr - $28/hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
