Our client – a well-known CPG and Entertainment company is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team This individual will be highly energetic, collaborative, and communicative and responsible for project management of various Marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Planning, managing, and executing projects and events related to various Marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing relationships with Co-brands, Licensees, and Retailers and facilitate needs across internal Marketing team feedback and asks from cross-functional teams.
Work with Retail team on retailer-specific marketing programs – contribute to planning promotions and merchandising activities.Oversee planning and approvals for events and activations produced by external partners as well as events and marketing activations produced by the company
Prepare and present marketing presentations for various pitches, initiatives, and campaigns for internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
Manage Marketing calendar.
Work with SVP to manage overarching consumer and corporate brand messaging and implement company brand strategies.
Work with Licensing, Retail, Digital Gaming, Creative, Content and Ecommerce teams to help translate company's brand strategies into actionable plans.
Development and execution of marketing plans for brand campaignsManage development of brand marketing materials as needed (e.g., brand guidelines).
Review and vet product placement opportunities. Work with Licensing and Retail to vet category expansion and new opportunities by retailer.
Interface with internal Licensing, Retail, Digital Gaming, Content, Creative, and Ecommerce teams and provide brand guidance and direction to maintain brand integrity.
Represent brand and provide direction to external Licensees and Retailers based on cross-functional feedback, facilitate brand training as needed.Prepare, manage, and track KPIs, budgets, and project approval requests.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Education:
BA/BS in business with Marketing emphasis preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in similar environment.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, planning, project management, and time management skills.
A team player able to work collaboratively with internal/external partners to ensure alignment.
A multi-tasker who works well under pressure and able to prioritize projects and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office with strong PowerPoint skills.
Experience with AI strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience, success with marketing, promotions, retail, and events.
Marketing experience with Content and Digital Gaming a plus.
