- Communicating order details to the customer's elected freight forwarder to arrange necessary pickup/sailing information.
- Entering accurate booking information into TFE's ERP system and releasing orders for the Traffic Department to secure pickup appointments
- Years of Experience: Preferred 1+ years of experience in Logistics/Service Field. Digital services preferred.
- Education: Required High School graduate / Preferred 2 years college
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow through.
- Must be able to interact effectively with outside customers / distributors, and peers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prefer experience using MS Office, SAP or other ERP
- Remote office environment
- Part time work week
- Extensive computer work
- Numerous orders in progress at any given time
- May be required to work some overtime hours
- Comply with company safety regulations

Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and organize booking information for the timely pickup of Export orders for the Customer Service Department.
