    What you'll do as: electronic packaging engineer

    Analyze customer and system requirements

    Develop high-level and detailed designs

    Validate designs through review, testing, and analysis

    Identify and track technical performance measures

    Provide engineering support throughout product lifecycle

    Work Experience

    The preferred candidate might:

    5 or more years' experience with Bachelor's degree

    Experience in Electronic Packaging Design

    Mechanical CAD design and analysis experience

    Experience working with customers and suppliers

    Knowledge of filter and Integrated Passive Device concepts
