    Human Resources Manager - up to $100K/yr
    Must bilingual in Spanish and English
    Plainville, CT - Direct Hire

    Seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes with a non-union manufacturing environment.

    Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote company values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management
    Responsibilities for Human Resources Manager
    Conduct weekly payroll and attendance tracking for all employees.
    Manage recruiting and selection process to Top-grade the organization.
    Facilitate weekly employee safety meeting.
    Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that fosters performance improvements.
    Cultivate and foster a positive working environment.
    Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
    Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
    Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, initiatives. systems, tactics, and procedures to align with the overall business strategy.
    Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
    Work with the company CEO & COO to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
    Ensure compliance to all State and Federal regulations and rules for Human Relations and OSHA.

    Qualifications for Human Resources Manager:
    Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related field.
    Solid communication skills.
    Honest, ethical and dependable.
    Hands on approach
    3-5 years management experience in HR

    A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.

    Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
