    Are you looking for a full-time job in a fast-growing non-profit healthcare organization in the Central Los Angeles area?

    We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter, this position requires a wide range of communications and strategies for effective support.

    These include job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating, and documenting recruitment processes for healthcare administration, accounting and finance, and revenue cycle roles


    • Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and organizational structure


    • Act as a main point of contact for assigned applicants/hiring managers, ensuring their needs are met accurately and in a timely manner


    • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients while continually promoting our services to drive contract renewals and new business


    • Continually manage active contracts, offer letters, and negotiations. This role will not continue with on-boarding or orientation, there is another department for these roles.

    What you need:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience; PHR, SPHR is a plus
    • Must have 2+ years of relevant HR experience
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but no required
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ATS or HRIS system)
    • Knowledge of California employment law.

    Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
