- Assist the IT Director in projects assigned by the President of GCI.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- The ability to sit and stand for long periods of time is required for this position.

Job DescriptionGulf Coast Industrial is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Technology Team in Mulberry, Florida. In this position, you would be providing support to our growing organization. The chosen candidate will perform regular help desk duties including, but
not limited to, onsite and offsite team members, troubleshooting computer and peripheral issues, and basic network connectivity. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting abilities. Proficiency with printers/copiers, basic networking, Windows-based operating systems, knowledge of mobile operating systems, and Office 365.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. This individual will be responsible for providing support to our on-site off-site teams, troubleshooting desktop and basic network issues, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
CRITICAL SUCCESS CRITERIA:

The IT Support Specialist assists the Director of Information Technology in providing support services:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Predominantly this position will require office setting type work at employer-provided computers in climate-controlled locations. At times, there will be exposure to hot/humid environments, heavy equipment, exposure to low levels of RF, and loud sounds. Ideal candidates must be safety conscious.
