- Ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and validity of all accounting transactions for the business unit.
- Supervise SG&A cost centers and provide monthly and quarterly reviews on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Provide leadership and financial advice to business unit management teams.
- Coordinate business reviews and presentations to senior management.
- Review and approve revenue and cost transactions.
- Assist in resolving billing issues and investment submissions.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide financial recommendations.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
- Assist business unit leaders with cost reduction and cash flow initiatives.
- Utilize superior communication skills to motivate staff and develop working relationships.
- Stay informed about emerging technology changes and innovations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- Three years of related experience.
- MBA.
- Minimum three years industry experience.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
- CFM (Certified Financial Manager).
- CFP (Certified Financial Professional).
- Knowledge of Great Plains ERP.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations.
- Experience in financial management and forecasting.
- Proficiency in project management and problem-solving.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, internet, and web-based applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, time management, and decision-making abilities.
- Must be fluent in English.
