    Description

    Hybrid Position in Washington DC, Salt Lake City, Dana Point, CA & Lake Oswego, OR)

    Senior Associate position in one of the above locations for someone with 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy project finance.

    Please apply if:

    • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the renewable energy industry with strong tax equity experience.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Strong understanding of renewable energy markets, solar energy technologies, and project finance principles.
    • Proficiency and proven experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel (including proven experience with Excel-based project models) in a business setting.
    • Ability to work in one of their office locations.

    What you will do:

    • Developing & analyzing project models to make recommendations on transaction structure and terms.
    • Developing and updating development progress visuals, including PowerPoint decks.
    • Coordinating project due diligence in support of project finance transactions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project development, engineering, and finance to evaluate and structure solar project finance deals.
    • Assisting in closing transactions, including partnering with external consultants, advisors, and legal counsel.
    • Supporting transaction execution in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
