For EUROGATE Intermodal GmbH at our location in Hamburg, we are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for our team to support our operations.

Your responsibilities:

Order processing (national and international)
Planning and dispatching of customer orders and train capacity planning
Coordination with subcontractors and their commissioning using modern EDI interfaces
Telephone and written customer support for all questions regarding intermodal logistics solutions
Processing and clarification of complaints

Your profile:

Completed commercial training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d), logistics specialist (m/f/d), shipping clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with initial professional experience, ideally in container logistics
Proficient in using common MS Office programs
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to work varying shifts (early/late)
Friendly, teamoriented, serviceoriented and solutionoriented personality with high selfmotivation
