Job Description:
We are looking for a professional restaurant specialist to serve meals and drinks to our guests.

You should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the reputation of our establishment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead guests to their tables and present our variety of menu options
  • Advise each guest on the best selection of food and drinks and answer any questions
  • Take orders and skillfully and accurately serve them at the tables
  • Serve at the tables and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
  • Check the quality of the food and address any issues
  • Hand over bills and accept payments
  • Work with other team members
  • Work conscientiously to achieve excellent service quality

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a server or restaurant specialist
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Customer orientation and planning skills
  • Practical knowledge of cash registers and any ordering information systems
  • Excellent people skills
  • Patient and friendly, with proven problemsolving experience
  • Good physical condition
  • High school diploma; food safety training is an advantage
