For our business division "Betriebe" in Louisburg, NC, we are currently seeking a full-time and permanent "Ressortleitung Betriebe (m/w/d) with a focus on agricultural businesses" to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Economic and personnel responsibility for foodproducing and processing businesses, as well as craft businesses, in collaboration with the deputy department head.
Management and increased leadership of agricultural businesses.
Leadership responsibility for 8 business managers and a total of approximately 220 employees.
Investment and project controlling in collaboration with internal accounting.
Quality management in the training area, as well as in the production area of our biodynamic producer businesses.
It is important to us to further develop this business area in terms of quality and competition.

Your profile:

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable education with relevant further training and solid professional experience, as well as experience in the biodynamic food sector.
You have a strong affinity for organic products and ideally have relevant experience.
Your ability to work in a team and your comprehensive leadership experience are very important to us.
You demonstrate a high level of commitment combined with conceptual entrepreneurial thinking.
You have a proficient handling of MS Office programs and a high affinity for softwarebased processes.
You appreciate a proactive, independent and very careful way of working.
